This warranty supports the original quality of our pieces but does not cover the natural wear that gives them character or any damage from improper use.
How to request the Warranty
Please keep your order number or purchase email as proof. Each claim will be reviewed and must include a photo or video showing the defect. Write to us at support@waldencase.com, and we’ll be here to help.
Replacements and Fees
Your item will be replaced with the same model from the original collection. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and international customers will also be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
What we consider "Improper Use"
Think of situations that go beyond normal care: impacts, deformations from high temperatures, and water or abrasive substance damage. These indicate less-than-gentle handling, which is where we draw the line.
What is "Natural Wear"?
Leather matures over time: subtle scratches, wrinkles, edges with character, and color changes that reveal its essence (the unmistakable patina). Zippers and clasps that show wear with use also form part of this evolution that makes each piece unique.
