We use genuine vegetable-tanned leather. It's a slower, more traditional tanning process — one that avoids the heavy chemicals used in conventional leather production.

The result is a material that looks better with time, not worse. And one that makes sense if you care about what goes into the things you carry every day.

Your piece might look slightly different from the photos — and that's a good thing. The marks and tone variations in leather are what make each one distinct. Not a flaw. Just real leather being real leather.

Our leather products weren’t made to be babied. They were made to be used. They’ll get marked, they’ll take the shape of your pocket, and they’ll develop a patina that’s yours alone.

That’s not wear. That’s what real leather does.

If something spills on them, wipe them with a dry cloth and let them air dry, away from direct sunlight. Avoid soap, ink, and alcohol. That’s it. The rest takes care of itself.

We know our products are built to last, which is why we offer you a one-year (1) warranty from the moment you chose Walden. If you find any imperfections in materials or craftsmanship, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@waldencase.com. This warranty supports the original quality of our pieces but does not cover the natural wear that gives them character or any damage from improper use.

PURCHASING

Simply click on the product you like and add it to your cart. Then, just follow a simple checkout process. Remember that the shipping cost is calculated in the final step.

We're delivery ninjas :) That being said, and to avoid any inconvenience, remember to double-check the information entered in your purchase order. We process orders so quickly that it's unlikely to make changes after they have been placed. However, if you notice the error immediately, please contact our Customer Support to try and make the modification.

We ship worldwide from Miami, FL. Every order comes with a tracking number, so you always know where it is.

If you're ordering internationally, customs duties or taxes may apply once your order arrives. These vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order — no hassle.

The product needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags on. Sale items are final sale.

To start a return, email us at support@waldencase.com with your reason. We'll reply within 24–72 hours with next steps. Return shipping is on you — we recommend a trackable service, since we're not responsible for lost packages.

Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. Shipping costs and taxes aren't refundable.

Want a different color or style? You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your order.
