PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY
The Walden products are manufactured using the highest quality raw materials. We carefully select the material for each series based on three key pillars: its environmental impact, design criteria, and functional importance. These are the most important decisions in the chain of processes and ensure the subsequent reliability of all our products.
The leather product you receive might look a bit different from the pictures. Those unique marks and variations in tone are not flaws, but proof of the authenticity and unique character of each piece. It’s these details that make your new product stand out from the rest.

GENUINE LEATHER
Think of it like wine: leather gets better with age. It looks incredible as it ages and develops a patina that is uniquely yours, reflecting its history. If something spills on it, it's best to quickly wipe it clean with a dry cloth, without rubbing. Let it air dry naturally, away from the sun. Grease stains can be tricky; and it's best to avoid contact with soaps, inks, and alcohol that can alter its appearance.

We know our products are built to last, which is why we offer you a one-year (1) warranty from the moment you chose Walden. If you find any imperfections in materials or craftsmanship, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@waldencase.com. This warranty supports the original quality of our pieces but does not cover the natural wear that gives them character or any damage from improper use.
PURCHASING
Simply click on the product you like and add it to your cart. Then, just follow a simple checkout process. Remember that the shipping cost is calculated in the final step.
We're delivery ninjas :) That being said, and to avoid any inconvenience, remember to double-check the information entered in your purchase order. We process orders so quickly that it's unlikely to make changes after they have been placed. However, if you notice the error immediately, please contact our Customer Support to try and make the modification.
SHIPPING
In Walden, we ship worldwide with DHL Express and always send a tracking number for each order.
AMERICA:
Shipping to USA, Canada, Mexico, Central/South America, and the Caribbean takes aprox. 2-3 business days.
EUROPE:
Shipping to UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the rest of Europe takes aprox. 3-5 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD:
Shipping to China, Japan, Australia, South Africa, and the rest of Asia, Africa, Oceania takes aprox. 5-7 business days.
For complete control of your mail delivery, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor your package in real-time.
Don't worry, it happened to all of us :). Initially, your package can be received by anyone over 18 with knowledge of the delivery (residence, reception, security, etc.). In the event that no one is available, they will attempt another delivery. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be taken to the nearest post office, and you will be notified to pick it up from there.
Please note that additional charges, such as customs duties or import taxes, may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Not quite satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it, hassle-free. Just make sure the product is unused, in perfect condition, and still in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, so double-check before you commit!
If you’d like to start a return, simply email us at support@waldencase.com with your reason for returning. We’ll get back to you within 24-72 hours with the next steps. Remember, return shipping costs are on you, and we recommend using a registered or trackable service since we’re not responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive your item, we’ll process the return within 5-7 business days. We’ll send you an email confirming everything, and your refund will be issued via the original payment method (shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable).omers to better understand your products or policies.
If you need a different color or style, we’ve got you covered! You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To start an exchange, just email us at support@waldencase.com with the details, and we’ll take care of it within 24-72 hours. Please note that the shipping costs for sending the item back and receiving the new one are your responsibility. We’ll send you a payment link to cover the shipping of the new product.
