- Not feeling your purchase? No worries, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, hassle-free.
- Sale items are final—no returns or exchanges on those, so be sure before you commit.
- Make sure the item is unused, in perfect condition, and still in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Want to start a return? Just shoot us an email at support@waldencase.com with the reason for the return, and we’ll get back to you within 24-72 hours.
- Return shipping to our warehouse is on you, and we know that’s not ideal, but it helps us keep our products affordable.
- We’re not responsible for lost returns, so we recommend using a registered or trackable service.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item.
- You’ll get an email when we receive and process your return, letting you know what to do next.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
- Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
- Need a different color or style? No problem, you can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Shipping costs for sending the item back and receiving the new one are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll send you a payment link to cover the shipping of your new product.
- Just like with returns, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- To start an exchange, drop us an email at support@waldencase.com with the details, and we’ll sort it out within 24-72 hours.
- Sale items can’t be exchanged, so double-check your order before purchasing.
WARRANTY

- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and any structural or functional issues.
- Shipping costs for warranty replacements are on you, but we’ll ensure the replacement meets your expectations.
