For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. Those are on the buyer. We're not responsible for customs delays, but we'll always help you navigate them.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags on.

To start a return, email us at support@waldencase.com. We'll get back to you within 24-72 hours. Return shipping is on you — use a trackable service.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs and taxes aren't refundable. Sale items are final.
